Erica and William had a stunning Seattle elopement at Kerry Park overlooking the Space Needle. With Erica getting ready at the W Hotel in Downtown Seattle and William opting to spend his morning at the couple’s apartment near Lumen Field, the two met for an intimate ceremony with a few family and friends at one of Seattle’s most frequented tourists destinations. Erica was lucky enough to be joined in person with her mother and a few close friends, as well as virtually with her extended family who would not make the trek. William played golf with his boys (on a putting practice mat) and chowed down on some food before getting ready to meet his future wife. The couple both decided to share their own vows and a few onlookers got to experience firsthand the joy and love that these two share together. After the ceremony, we journeyed down the road near Parsons Gardens to get a few romantic portraits of the couple before they headed off to dinner to celebrate with their close family members. This elopement video is a great example of utilizing videography to not only capture your ceremony (complete with wedding vows) but to be able to make a complete highlight video out of it by capturing a few minutes of "getting ready photos" as well as the "romantics" alongside the photographer after the wedding ceremony. I know that Erica was originally reluctant to extend coverage to have us capture the getting ready process, but I know after her wedding day she was glad we were they to help capture all of their fun and joy!
