“WOW!! Love this!”
Nearly on the border of Oregon, Walla Walla (both a county and city) has become quite popular in recent years. Thanks to the booming Washington Wine trade, the region has been flourishing thanks to out-of-towners wanting their own taste of wine country without trekking all the way to California.
Just a short drive out of the city, Bellaflora Farms is a 25 acre wedding venue that features gardens, tree swings, and breathtaking views of the hills and woods beyond. For those wanting the pinnacle of idyllic, look no further than this enchanting setting.
A sunny September day, just on the eve of Autumn, greeted the bride and groom as they got ready in separate abodes. Nick and his buddies got exchanged gifts and got all groomed, fancy socks included. While Andreea got her hair done, the boys struggled with the fine arts of tie-tying and pocket square accessorizing.
Arriving at the farm, the two met for their first look against a long white fence. Twirling his bride around, Nick looked the undeniably ecstatic. The two then headed off around the venue, finding nothing but solitude as they swung on the tree swing and wandered into the woods beyond. With the sun high in the sky, it looked like pure bliss as the rays streaked in through the leaves. Some weddings are like fairy tales afterall! The rest of the bridal party joined them, with the bridesmaids rocking baby blue dresses and the guys sporting just shirts and ties. After all of the wacky poses we put them through, it was time for the ceremony!
Underneath a trellis adorned with snaking leaves, Nick stood waiting for his bride. As the ring bear(er)–yes, that is someone in a bear suit) brings up the two key elements, it’s perfectly understandable to sneak a chuckle. With thunderous applause, the two sealed their vows with a kiss and proceeded to sign the paperwork while the guests mingled and sipped drinks. Following some shots with the family, the bride and groom rejoined the party and arrived for the reception. Once the sun went away, we headed inside for their first dance in a stark white barn. Soon everyone joined in on the fun, dancing and having a grand time, soaking up the few final moments of summer like they were gold.
Earlier on, we went out into the fields with the newlyweds as they posed in the nothingness around them. Aside from some trees and a barn in the distance, there wasn’t anything else but the bride and groom, getting ready to walk on down a new road of life together. With a sparkler send-off, the two ended their wedding day with just another quick jaunt through them for good measure.
Thanks again to Andreea and Nick for choosing Best Made Videos to film their wedding! We hope the first year of marriage has gone wonderfully. Happy six month anniversary!
