How did you guys meet?: We met at a bar through a mutual friend that invited him to join him, but not for the purpose of us meeting...but we did and the rest is history!

Tell us about the proposal!: We are not very big on huge public affairs. Joe is rather shy and doesn't like making big speeches in front of anyone. We've been together 9 years and had been talking about marriage for a long time. He is really bad at shopping and didn't want to mess up with my ring so we decided to go ring shopping together and he helped me pick my ring. Once he had it he just officially proposed on a random Wednesday night when we were on the couch. It was a little funny because he still got nervous and turned a little red even though he knew I would say yes.

Why did you choose your venue?: We loved all the beautiful thought and details that went into creating it. Great space for entertaining indoor/outdoor. 

What are you most excited to see in the video?: All the details of the day (in real time) that you don't get to see in photos and because you're busy being the center of attention. I love seeing all the smiles and laughter and raw emotion when I've watched other peoples videos. It always brings a tear to my eye.

When and where's the honeymoon?!?!: No plan yet

Anything else?: Joe and I have been together for 9 years and raising my kids together has been a really important part of our lives. He's been a really important part of us creating a home and has formed a really special bond with my son, Andre.
