Best Made Videos® is a full-service production company. For weddings, we provide documentary-style coverage, a highlight film, full ceremony edit, full toast/speech edits, and optional add-ons like RAW footage, vertical social teasers, and drone coverage (where permitted).

How do you capture audio for vows and speeches?

Audio is recorded using discreet microphones and backups through the DJ/sound system when available to ensure redundancy.

How many cameras do you use for the ceremony and toasts?

Even when filming solo, Reid typically sets up 3 cameras for the ceremony and 2 cameras for speeches/toasts for full coverage and multiple angles.

What is your wedding video turnaround time?

Turnaround varies by package: some films are delivered in as little as 2–4 weeks, while others can be up to 60 days.

Do we get the RAW footage?

RAW footage is included in the Better and Best packages, and often included in most packages at no extra cost (confirm package details at booking).

How many hours are included, and what are overtime rates?

Packages typically range from 8 to 14 hours. Additional coverage time is $200 per hour.

Are revisions included?

Yes. Wedding films include two rounds of feedback for light edits. Major re-edits may require additional time or fees depending on scope.

Can we opt out of having our wedding film used on social media?

Yes. Let us know before booking and your project can be kept private so it isn’t used for marketing.

What is the payment schedule and deposit?

A 25% deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due before the wedding (exact timing is outlined in the contract).

What happens if we need to reschedule due to an emergency (force majeure)?

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, Reid will do his best to find a new date that works for all parties.

How did you guys meet?: We met in National Honor Society senior year of high school! We went to different colleges, but stayed in touch by writing letters and emails. We reunited pretty immediately once we both moved back to our hometown of Bend, Oregon.

Tell us about the proposal!: Zack popped the question along the Fremont canal after a lovely dinner at Eve.

Why did you choose your venue?: We LOVE the arboretum. I really can't think of a more perfect place for us -- we're big nature lovers, and there is something very powerful about making this commitment to each other in a place that has been tended to so lovingly.

What are you most excited to see in the video?: We're most excited to see the ceremony, toasts, and the gorgeous scenery of the arboretum

When and where's the honeymoon?!?!: We are going to Banff in August!!
