How did you guys meet? (for the blog): Josh and I met on a dating app. When I came across his profile picture, I was like “ he is hot!” I sent him a message to see if he wanted to talk for a bit. I didn’t hear back from him for so long. But I was persistent to keep messaging him. He finally got back to me and wanted to meet up at Red Robin for our first date. When I actually saw him in person I thought he was way younger than what he said. When I found out he was 6 years older than me, I had to rethink about meeting up with him again. Haha. I then realized age is not a number. Throughout the years we have grown up and realized what is important in a relationship and in life.
Tell us about the proposal!: We went to Mexico with family in January 2020. One morning we walked on the beach to Eddie’s ( favorite restaurant) for breakfast. Once we were done with breakfast, we all walked back on the beach. Josh said can you hold my water bottle? I said “ okay, this is weird but whatever and I kept walking. Then Josh screamed my name so I can look back again. When I turned around he was on his knee and asked “will you marry me?”in my head I said “NO WAY.” What actually came out of my mouth was No. I hurried and said yes yes YES!!!!
Why did you choose your venue?: It went with our theme ( Elegant Beauty and The Beast)
What are you most excited to see in the video?: All the little details and seeing what was all captured.
